About the Instructors

Major Avi Nardia- Maj. Nardia is world renowned as an elite unit counter terror/CQB Instructor. He served in the Israeli police special unit as an intelligence team member and defensive tactics/CQB Instructor. During his 24 years of service in the Israeli Defense Forces, Major Nardia took part in combat operations in the Lebanese War as well as numerous counter terrorist operations. He has taught defensive tactics and operational behavior at the Operational Police Academy, which is charged with training the national police forces of Israel. As a Major in the Army Reserves, he continues to train Israeli elite units and police as well as being a Police Sniper.

Albert Timen- Mr.Timen is a former elite Counter Intelligence undercover operative for the Israeli Defense Forces. He is a LOTAR/CQB Instructor for various Police and SWAT schools. Albert is one of the few surviving Special Forces operatives in the world to have arrested a ‘LIVE’ Suicide Bomber while the bomber still had the device attached to him and was in the process of committing the attack. With more than 20 years of operational counter terror experience, Albert has trained numerous SWAT and Counter Terror units. He continues cross training with elite units’ world wide to stay updated on the latest and most effective techniques.

Who may attend?

This course is open to the public. Early registration is required. Space is limited and attendance is on first come first serve registration. Certificate of Participation is given by Kapap Academy.
